Welcome to Xtravaganza - March 23 & 24, 2012!!
Los Alamitos High School proudly presents Xtravaganza 2012! – the largest show choir competition in the United States. Each year we host over 45 groups in a 2-day event filled with all the talent, pizzazz and excitement that only comes with show choir! Thanks to the popularity of Glee! and a greater awareness about what show choir really is, our event is more popular than ever.
"I think people thought perhaps that all we do is stand there and sing. And it's so much more than that," says Los Alamitos High's choir director, Mr. David Moellenkamp. "We treat this as a sport." And as any show choir member can tell you, "Dare to Be Great!"

You’ll enjoy delicious food served by our friendly Los Al choir students and their families. You’ll be wowed by the special effects and incredible talent that 2000 teenagers bring to the stage.
