Your registration for Xtravaganza 2012 has been confirmed! 

Please complete the form below for each separate group you are bringing to our event.  We appreciate you being as complete as possibe with song titiles and arrangers as this information will be printed in our Xtravaganza event program. 

If you have any soloists performing in our solo competition (up to 2 allowed for each High School choir group), there is a soloist information section at the bottom of this form. If you have no soloists, simply click "submit"  once you complete upper section.

Please download the TECH forms that are applicable to your group and the LIABILITY WAIVER, complete and email back to Kathleen Hardison at: kathleen.xtravaganza@gmail.com NO LATER THAN MARCH 1st. The Liability Form must be on file with us in order for your group to perform. (As a reminder, our complete rules can be found on the Rules and Regulations page, using the menu to the left.)
